REGULAMIN KONCERTU
1. Wstęp na koncert jest możliwy jedynie na podstawie ważnego, oryginalnego biletu lub potwierdzonego zaproszenia.
2. Zakup biletu, wejście i przebywanie osób na terenie miejsca koncertu w trakcie jego trwania jest równoznaczne z pełną akceptacją niniejszego Regulaminu.
3. Zakupione bilety nie podlegają zwrotowi.
4. Uczestnik koncertu może zająć wyłącznie miejsce wyznaczone na bilecie lub zaproszeniu bądź wskazane przez obsługę koncertu.
5. Obsługa koncertu może odmówić wejścia lub wyprosić osoby znajdujące się pod wpływem alkoholu, lub substancji odurzających oraz zachowujące się w sposób niebezpieczny, lub zakłócający przebieg koncertu.
6. Uczestnik zobowiązany jest do przestrzegania Regulaminu danego obiektu, w którym odbywa się koncert, jak również Regulaminów ewentualnych współorganizatorów (Dotyczy to też restrykcji wiekowych uczestników). Imprezy, na których sprzedawany jest alkohol (puby, kluby,plenery) +18,+21
7. Uczestnik jest zobowiązany do bezwzględnego wykonywania poleceń pracowników obsługi koncertu i widowni, służby porządkowej, speakera oraz wszelkich osób pełniących służbę w trakcie trwania koncertu.
8. Uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że wstęp na teren koncertu jest równoznaczny z udzieleniem zgody na fotografowanie i filmowanie jego osoby, jak i nagrywanie głosu oraz nieograniczone co do rodzaju mediów i nośników, nieodpłatne wykorzystywanie transmisji lub utrwalonego materiału do celów archiwalnych, promocyjnych i reklamowych Organizatora.
9. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za zgubione lub pozostawione rzeczy na terenie obiektu, w którym odbywa się koncert.
10. Na terenie miejsca koncertu obowiązuje zakaz palenia poza miejscami do tego wyznaczonymi.
11. Zabrania się wnoszenia:
– broni lub innych niebezpiecznych przedmiotów i narzędzi
– napojów alkoholowych
– środków odurzających lub substancji psychotropowych
12. W przypadku odwołania koncertu z winy Organizatora Uczestnikowi przysługuje pełny zwrot kosztu zakupionego biletu.
13. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za niedopatrzenia oraz szkody powstałe z winy współorganizatorów lub wynajmujących poszczególne obiekty, w których odbywają się koncerty.
14. Organizator nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za szkody spowodowane „Siłą wyższą”.

Regulations
1. Admission to the concert is possible only on the basis of a valid, original ticket or a confirmed invitation.
2. Buying a ticket, entering and staying at the venue during the concert is tantamount to full acceptance of these Regulations.
3. Tickets purchased are non-refundable.
4. The concert participant may take only the place designated on the ticket or invitation or indicated by the concert service.
5. The service of the concert may refuse entry or request persons under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances and behaving in a dangerous way or disturbing the course of the concert.
6. The participant is obliged to comply with the Regulations of the given facility where the concert takes place, as well as the Regulations of possible co-organizers (This also applies to the age restrictions of the participants). Events on which alcohol is sold (pubs, clubs, open air) +18, + 21
7. The participant is obliged to strictly carry out the instructions of the staff of the concert and audience service, the security service, the speaker and any persons serving during the concert.
8. The participant acknowledges that admission to the concert area is tantamount to giving permission to photograph and film his person, as well as recording voice and unlimited type of media and media, free use of broadcast or fixed material for archival, promotional and advertising purposes organizer.
9. The organizer is not responsible for lost or abandoned items on the premises where the concert takes place.
10. In the venue of the concert, smoking is prohibited except for designated places.
11. It is forbidden to bring:
– weapons or other dangerous objects and tools
– alcoholic beverages
– narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances
12. In the event of a concert being canceled due to the Organizer’s fault, the Participant is entitled to a full refund of the ticket purchased.
13. The organizer is not responsible for any oversights and damages caused by the co-organizers or renters of individual facilities in which concerts are held.
14. The organizer is not responsible for damages caused by “Force majeure”.
